In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a description of the problem and pictures. We will review the complaint and determine if the item can be replaced or exchanged. 

 

Due to the fact that some of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind, duplication may not be possible. If this is the case, you will have the option of choosing another piece of equal value or request a custom designed piece of equal value.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping of items ordered incorrectly.

All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. If the product is not returned in the original condition and packaging, and you have not initiated the return within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable as part of your return.
